Ok. I am working on a personal project and would love to get some feedback from any and all of you. I am not looking for something extensive here, but would you please leave your response in the comments section to the following question: "What is your definition of Youth Ministry?"
Again, I'm not looking for a whole philosophy of YM, but in a sentence or two, how would you define "Youth Ministry?"
I'll post some of my thoughts and reflections on this project in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for your help.

Youth ministry is like herding cats! But really-youth ministry is leaders (student, adult, or in-between-I started my youth ministry career at 18) teaching youth about who God is and how to be a light in a broken, dark world, and youth teaching leaders how to see God through young eyes and an adventurous spirit. Youth ministry is a bunch of broken people coming together to glorify the Lord.

Youth ministry is bringing young people into Jesus' presence in the hopes that they'll stay there.
